What you are buying

Digital downloads (PDF, Excel and printable files) as described on each product page. Nothing is posted to you. Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before you pay.

How buying works

You choose a pack and pay through Stripe. When payment succeeds you get a download page. The download link works for a limited time, so save your files straight away. If you lose them, contact us with your payment receipt.

Your licence

You may use the files for yourself and your own household or business. For printables, you may print as many times as you like for your household. Please do not resell, share or republish the files.

Immediate access and your right to cancel

Because the files are available straight away, you ask for immediate access when you buy and accept you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This does not affect your legal rights if something is wrong: see Refunds and your rights.

Information only

The tax, GDPR and budgeting packs are information and tools. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Check official GOV.UK and ICO guidance for your own situation, and take professional advice where it matters.

Software you need

PDFs need a PDF reader. Excel files are built for Microsoft Excel on Windows and may not behave the same in other programs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in the courts there.
