Who is responsible

HBT Smart Tools is a trading name of HBT Global Enterprise Ltd (company number 16912621). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect

• Order details: your name and email address and what you bought, received from our payment provider Stripe.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe on its own page. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we do not do

No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no marketing emails. The site stores one preference in your browser (light or dark mode) and nothing else. The Open shelves form does not save or send anything yet.

Why we use it

To deliver your download, answer your messages, handle refunds and keep the financial records the law requires. The legal basis is performing our contract with you and our legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your question.

Who sees it

Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and file delivery). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Use the Contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
