Refunds and your rights

Instant digital download. When you buy, you agree to receive the files straight away and you accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. This does not affect your legal rights: if a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, message us through the Contact page and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

• The files are delivered instantly, so you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. You agree to this when you buy.
• That does not take away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described.
• If a file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, we will fix it, replace it or refund you.

How to ask

Use the Contact page. Tell us which pack you bought and what is wrong, and include your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Not a refund reason

Changing your mind after downloading is not a fault. Please read what is included and the sample pages on the product page before you buy.
